Q.
I see you have garments to purchase. Can I provide my own garments for embroidery or do I have to buy apparel from you?

Yes, you can provide your own garments but I strongly recommend that you buy only the best brands of apparel. Our experience has shown that inexpensive low quality garments will not wear very long or hold embroidery as well as the garments that are purchased through Not Just Polos. One other note about supplying your own garments is that Not Just Polos will not be held responsible for replacement of any damaged or unrepairable garments due to accidental machine malfunction. By purchasing all of your apparel through Not Just Polos you are guaranteed a most excellent product.

Can I get Disney(tm) characters embroidered on a few of my daughter's shirts?

No! Not Just Polos will not embroider any copyrighted trademarks or logos.

Do you offer price breaks or discounts on large quantities?

Yes, Not Just Polos offers discounts at the dozen and case quantities as long as the garment is the same style.
Q.
I have my logo digitized already. Can you use my digitized logo or do you need to digitize it again?

Yes, Not Just Polos can use your digitized logo. We can use DST, EXP and almost any other home embroidery format.
Q.
What is your normal turn around for an order of 100 embroidered shirts and do you have a rush charge?
A.
Normal turnaround is between two and three weeks once you sign and approve the purchase order. Rush charges will apply on all orders needed in less than two weeks.
Q.
I live in the Philadelphia Metro area. Can I pick up my order to save on shipping charges?

Yes, we can make arrangements for you to pick up your order locally.
